1. Submission: Academic or professional individuals interested in publishing their articles or research papers can reach out to Wells Resource through appointed Country Directors, Wells Resource University ambassadors, or directly through our platform.

2. Initial Contact and Fees: Authors submit their work to Wells Resource and pay the necessary publication fees (Starts at $26.95 and varies based on the publication and author requirements). Authors may communicate with our appointed representatives for guidance or clarification on the process, or by directly contacting Wells Resource.

3. Editorial Review: Submitted pieces undergo an initial editorial review to ensure compliance with international and Wells Resource guidelines. Our editors ensure that the content meets the required standards for publication.

4. Review Board Evaluation: After the editorial review, the piece is forwarded to our Review Board. Each submission is assigned to a board member with expertise in the relevant field for thorough peer review. This could take 4 to 30 days, this depends on availability of experts to review the papers, and the length of the paper. Click here to know more about Wells Resource Review Board.

5. Decision Making: The Review Board evaluates the submission and provides feedback. If approved, the article is scheduled for publication on the Wells Resource platform. Exceptional pieces may also be selected for inclusion in our quarterly magazine.

6. Author Profile: Upon Review Board approval, the author's work is accompanied by an "About the Author" section, which includes their photo and relevant biographical information.

7. Rejection and Refund Policy: If the Review Board determines that a submission does not meet the required standards for publication, Wells Resource provides detailed feedback to the author.
